Logged an insurance claim months ago but still not resolved. The consultants do not check in with clients nor try to resolve issues. Quick to take my monthly installment but treat my claims as if they could not care less. I leave messages for supervisors to call back but still do not hear from them. The complaints department have a 24 hour turnaround time but haven’t heard back from them in days. Anyone choosing to go with Discovery Insure will make a huge mistake. I am now sitting with an empty shell bathroom that they undertook to restore but months later it remains the same.
Waste of time and money! Optometrist does not return calls unless you constantly call and leave messages. Does not care whether she gets the lens order right or not. It’s been months and we’re still not satisfied. Nothing special about going to Eyetek.
Worst service. I've had issues for over 4 weeks now and my claim is still not resolved. The Claims department drags their feet and waits for you to follow up. They have very few vendors on their books and expect you to find your own. I have logged many requests with the complaints department. All they do is send you a reference number. I am trying to resolve my claims so that I can instead move back to Outsurance where I had much better service and support.
Pathetic service. Logged a service over 10 days ago, no technician sent out despite all my communication. Not worth the effort as there are other companies that service whirlpool products that take you seriously. They have still not paid back the call out fee that I had to pay.
Greencom and Cell C, processing your personal information without your consent I contracted with Greencom to provide fibre to home services. The process was painful and the connectivity services extremely poor. I eventually cancelled my account. In the process I am not sure what arrangements were made between Greencom and Cell C and my account was handed over to Cell C. I have since been receiving harassing phonecalls and communication from Cell C to pay an account I did not have with them. They've been charging me for a subscription I never signed up for. What's even more concerning is that my personal details were shared by Greencom with Cell C without my permission. To date I have not received any apology from either company. From Greencom, the administrator Lele Khanyile, informs me that I should take it up with Management as they decided to do the migration :0. I will be raising this through the Regulator for data privacy. People should be made aware that their details may be shared without their consent to companies like Cell C who choose to go the route of handing you over as bad debt, when you didn't even have an account with them in the first place.
