MTN is not a reliable service provider and will take your money! the worst customer service together with unreasonable bills everytime my contract was either renewed and this time cancelled. they deserve a 0 rating if possible. I had an issue 2 years ago where a request for renewal was put through, but i billed out of contract rates once the contract expiry date was reached. This time around i had requested a cancellation via telephone and ofcourse it was not put through and I am not sitting with R4k+ bill to pay. No one in there customer service can assist. When i had called through i was put through to 4 different departments and the 4th wanting to put me through to the department previously chatted to. I do not understand how such a large company can have a inefficient system and process.

21 July 2020 i ordered a few items from Zando, and returned a few. The return was complete on the 24-07-20. One of the items was then delivered to an address on the 29-07-2020 and my refund was not completed. I have been req from the Zando team who request redelivery and where was it delivered to and Of course no response in 7 months. I did have an agent who called to advise he was going to investigate and get back to me, but nothing has happened. I did not req the redelivery - i mean how does one even do that without re ordering and i did not receive the item, i am at least owed an explanation since its at my cost
Zando return process and customer service is basically non existent! Emails after emails.. And no response.. I'm logged a return in December and it still have not been collectes. If you want great online shopping experience, choose superbalist
Logged a return on the 19/09/2019 and items have still not been collected. Follow dups with Zando last week and they were quick to respond ensuring they have taken this up with the courier company and my items will be collected the following day. it has been 3 working days since and no update or confirmation from the courier company has been received.

Zando customer service team takes weeks to respond to emails or even call you back. I have started including the customer complaints team in my emails as well, and still no luck I previously had this issue and now it is happening again. request no ********** 65. This is a situation regarding a return, which I have limited about of days. what happens if I still can not get a hold of someone from their team and I have passed the time frame to return items,
Hi, I've bought a fridge from Pnp 2 and a half years ago. The appliance needs to be fixed and I have reported it to PnP who have organized with the Hisense service team to contact me and send a technician over to fix the eappliance. its been a month and a half and no one from Hisense has contacted me. The lady handling my report at PnP has been continuously following up with them and they keep telling her they have logged the fault. This is extremely frustrating and terrible customer service!
I purchased items on the 13/04/2018 and received the package already. My order still shows as being dispatched on my Zando profile and this will not allow me to request a return on some of the items. I have been emailing them for the past few days and no response. I even Fb messaged them a few hours ago and still nothing. I need these items returned asap before the return dates are up! the chatbot on their site is no longer active as well. Extremely disappointing and frustrating service. If they have been experiencing high service request volumes for the past month, if not more. they should really consider hiring more staff in order to keep their clients satisfied and the admin work in order! For the past month the Sunninghill area has been having problems with their network and Greencom has done nothing about it. apparently, they are switching to cell c lines, which can only menan even worse service going forward. it takes 5 mins for a youtube video to play and we have 10meg fibr line.
