I bought a BMW 135i last year in January 2023. Until today I have not received the papers, the disc has expired, and I cannot get a permit. It is always a story after story, and phone calls and messages are not responded to either. I always must drive there and always get excuses. The car straight from their premises was leaking oil and coolant; the bonnet was not opening. Sandton Auto is a no-go for people who want peace of mind. I am dealing with Moray Razak. Actually,

I write this review with a heavy heart, we bought a Range Rover 2014 model with 118 km end of August 2024. We used the car, two months later which is September and October the car started to leak water and oil and I sent a WhatsApp to the sales person at Sandton Auto and I was promised that I would get a call back but no one bothered. We wasted our money(R430k) for nothing im so heartbroken and I will never recommend my family or friends to buy from this dealership.

I purchased a Polo Gti from Sandton Auto last year December. The vehicle was at 24.000km, so practically new. I had done my homework on the company and I had a dekra done on the vehicle at my own cost. The vehicle was bought cash. It needed a service which we decided I would do. 3 months into having the vehicle I took it for a service. Vw contacted me to let me know that the gearbox was damaged and that the entire computer box of the car has been changed. The brand of my vehicle is VW but VW themselves cannot diagnose the problem in the gearbox due to the entire computer box being changed. Sandton Auto refuses to take the vehicle back even though they had not disclosed any of this to me prior to me buying the vehicle. According to the Consumer Rights Act if the goods are not fit for purpose within the first 6 months of purchase they should be taken back! My vehicle is not fit for purpose as it’s been laying in my yard for 6 months. It cannot be sold and neither can it be fixed as it can’t be diagnosed. So do I lose out the entire amount I paid in cash when iv only driven the vehicle for 3 months? I will be posting my story on every single social media platform so that people think twice before purchasing from this company!

Sandton Auto 011 346 5177 Car bought Kia Seltos on Friday 5 April 2024, drove the car for a week from Sandton Auto the car was faulty, a prior paper showing the fault of the shift gear. I was not made aware that the Automatic shift gear was faulty by Sandton Auto and was prior problem with their knowledge prior to the Sale. I drove the car for 1 week until it went back to be fixed to Kia - Springs it took 2 weeks to return with the same problem, booked the car in for a 2nd time on 5 May 2024 my car only got to Kia spring on Friday the 31 May 2024 they had not booked the car in for 3 weeks. It will be going on the 5 week on 6 June 2024 that I am paying for a car that I don't have. The client service and feedback , failure to provide updates has been the worst experience The Owner and Manager explained he was off for the past 2 weeks in June and delays to answered calls or messages. I am stuck with a courtesy car Polo VW however paying for a Kia Seltos price. I would not recommend or refer Sandton Auto. This feedback and review will spread on Hello peter and all social media. What a waste of time! I waited two weeks only to be told the car was sold. Deeno really wasted my time and kept me hanging for those two weeks. It's not fair and makes you question the ethics of these dealers!

I had interest in a vehicle from Sandton Auto. I contacted to got details, as well as provide my vehicles details in preparation for a Trade In. where I needed a Trade in value for my vehicle. After a few initial messages with their SalesPerson Rafick via Whatsapp back and forth, I have asked for feedback and progress from Rafick, but he has read, and ignored all my efforts to try get details on trade in value. I then called the dealership, asking for another Salesperson to deal with, due to Rafick not getting back to me, they then transferred me any way to Rafick again, and he said he will get back to me with the details, of which again, there is no feedback. Rafick just does not get back to customers, and its very frustrating, as i have my eye on a specific vehicle at the Dealership. Still to this day, Rafick has read all my messages, and has left them on read with not a single response. Really a useless guy to have on your floor engaging with customers.

I purchased a car from this dealership in January 2024. Their pre-sales service was swift and efficient. Little did I know how absolutely shocking and terrible their after- sales service would be. They charged an admin fee which included the registration of the car and issuance of licence plate and I had to be the one HOUNDING THEM and reminding them that the temporary permit was expiring. Over and above that, the sales person who was allocated to me dodges my calls and ignores my whatsapp. I then had a passenger restraint system issue and was told the car was on motor plan. I proceeded to book it in but was told by BMW that they could not assist me as my motor-plan had not been transferred by the dealership. I have been waiting for TWO weeks for a resolution on the matter and only get updates when I BLOW up the salesperson's phone. He promises to call me back and then DOES NOT BOTHER himself at all. My experience with this dealership has been BEYOND HORRIBLE. Customers are left hanging and there is ZERO communication. You get treated like you are being done a FAVOUR when simple things are meant to be done. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AND REVOLTING SERVICE!!!!!!
