Bargain Online/Appliances are Chancers
These guys are chancers. Beware. I asked about a TV, they told me they have a warehouse in Minerton at 454 Koeberg Road, thats by Hirsch's Homestore. I went there, and no one has ever heard of Bargain Online/Appliances. They wanted a deposit for a TV, they said they had 2 in-stock, and that it would delivered that same afternoon, I called the manager, and he said they dont have a location in Milnerton, only East London. And that they dont have stock of the TV, it has to be ordered and then they can deliver to me. Nothing ties up to what is being said by these people. So I would think twice about wanting to order. If its too good to be true. It always is. I nearly fell for their ****, but glad I didnt. Hope this helps some people.

Sandton Auto does not get back to customers at all.
I had interest in a vehicle from Sandton Auto. I contacted to got details, as well as provide my vehicles details in preparation for a Trade In. where I needed a Trade in value for my vehicle. After a few initial messages with their SalesPerson Rafick via Whatsapp back and forth, I have asked for feedback and progress from Rafick, but he has read, and ignored all my efforts to try get details on trade in value. I then called the dealership, asking for another Salesperson to deal with, due to Rafick not getting back to me, they then transferred me any way to Rafick again, and he said he will get back to me with the details, of which again, there is no feedback. Rafick just does not get back to customers, and its very frustrating, as i have my eye on a specific vehicle at the Dealership. Still to this day, Rafick has read all my messages, and has left them on read with not a single response. Really a useless guy to have on your floor engaging with customers.

Nonhlanhla impresses again
Last week I had yet another bumper bashing this time on my rear bumper. I called Nonhlanhla directly, explained the situation, gave all particulars of the incident. She requested photos which I immediately gave. A day later I was contacted asking if banking details were correct. And then same day I was paid out. Nonhlanhla even remember that I have my own repairer and didn't bat an eyelid to pay me directly. As said in a previous compliment, I will always use Nonhlanhla as my contact because she is so friendly and good at what she does. Don't lose her. Or I'll be moving to where she goes
