I ordered my product and wasn't even aware I had ordered the incorrect combo. On a Sunday evening I get an email advising me that the 2 products I have selected does not go together and people have made this error before. Hilton asked if I would like to change my order. Absolutely! Before even asking how I do it they issued me a voucher for my previous order, told me what to do and it was all sorted out in 30 mins. That is what I call great customer service.
