Complaint on Duran Dixon

I have had such an unpleasant experience with Duran Dixon from Night Guard. I had my belongings stollen from The Paddocks complex and I believe he is responsible for providing cctv footage for such incidents.

This incident happened on the 13th of June, and he was alerted on the 14th (the next day). He has completely ignored my follow-ups, the last I heard from him on the 13th of June was that he could not assist me on that day, didnt inform me when he would be able to assist or why he cant assist

Poor service really for such a sensitive matter
