For such a big bank that lends money, you can’t rerun a debit order?
Imagine money leaving your account every month and all FNB says is they don’t know. How about investigating?? That time I am a private client and I still can’t be assisted.
I wouldn’t recommend this car service centre, Appears they have enough clients.
FNB is honestly disappointing, issues that can be resolved without complaining, I must first complain about before they get resolved. I was offered debt consolidation, I regret taking that offer because of the endless problems I have encountered. I was honestly better off. FNB overpaid the debt, that debt was returned but the balance has not decreased on my account. I have basically been ****med, wish I could reverse agreeing to this. As a private client, you’d think I would receive somewhat of a good service but nothing. Ag man..
This company is disappointing honestly. Following up on 1 thing over years shows the poor aftercare of their customers..

Can someone please help me to secure a medical loan. I am receiving conflicting statements on what is required and who can be assisted. I have been informed medical loan is only for mediclinic but not any other doctors, but this is not what it says on the website. Also can we not be rejected via a system, without our incomes properly evaluated
This bank's services have been quite frustrating. The system feels stagnant, requiring frequent in-branch visits for tasks that should be seamless online. I have funds that were sent last week, yet to this day, they have not reflected in my account, with no clear explanation. The client services department has not been particularly helpful, as interactions feel automated rather than solution-driven. Additionally, the bank appears to rely solely on a single method of client verification—via cellphone OTP. I strongly urge you to upgrade your systems, as other banks have done, to offer more flexibility and convenience. Relying on the same outdated system for decades does not align with the needs of a dynamic and evolving clientele.
My account has been debited by an unknown party for 3 months from my FNB account, to this day FNB is not able to do anything about it.
