We have Night Guard in our estate and the guards there are fantastic - they are polite, happy helpful etc.

BUT the offices are another matter - when your alarm goes off they phone you and check if you are okay and ask for a password - if the password in incorrect they are meant to send someone BUT I have tested them and used incorrect passwords and they have NEVER sent an Armed Response.

Also the times I am told that the armed response are not allowed on the property - what is the point of that.

I have discussed this with them a couple of times and promised they would sort it out but NOTHING has changed - I could be dead for all they know.

I would not recommend them for anything
