We have Night Guard in our estate and the guards there are fantastic - they are polite, happy helpful etc. BUT the offices are another matter - when your alarm goes off they phone you and check if you are okay and ask for a password - if the password in incorrect they are meant to send someone BUT I have tested them and used incorrect passwords and they have NEVER sent an Armed Response. Also the times I am told that the armed response are not allowed on the property - what is the point of that. I have discussed this with them a couple of times and promised they would sort it out but NOTHING has changed - I could be dead for all they know. I would not recommend them for anything
Once again shocking service from Metrofibre - once again I would give them a zero rating if I could. On Friday I sent an URGENT email as I could not work as my VPN has been blocked. On Monday someone phones me to say I am not on their system so they can't be my service provider YET they invoice me every month and debit my account 🤬. I was promised a call back by the end of the Monday SURPRISE SURPRISE I have heard nothing. I have repeatedly emailed them with no replies. What a useless company - for anyone looking at signing them up DON'T DO IT. I can't wait for another fibre company to come to our area
I would give them a rating of ZERO if I could - I have never dealt with such a shocking company in my life. I have been having issues for over a year - the last correspondence I got from them was on the 23rd May 2023 stating that a Clarisa would contact me - NEVER heard another word. They don't reply to emails - I got a external company in to have a look and was told my router needs upgrading - Metrofibre are not interested. I pay them over a R1000 a month for this - I can't wait for another fibre line to come into our area so I can cancel. You know a company is useless when you can't write a post on their Facebook page - you must see the comments people make about them in our area - I have yet to see a good one
They don't deserve any stars. My son, who was 17 at the time, took out a contract - the salesman at Virgin Waterfall told him to take a student contract as it works out cheaper than going thru Discovery (he even recommend cancelling Vitality) - he also told us that the premium was valid until 23 years old (when they are finished Varsity). A 2 year contract was signed (as we took believed him) - on Tuesday he turned 18 and he gets a letter saying that the premium now doubles!!! Please tell me how a school student can suddenly afford double premiums??? Your staff are obviously not trained and lie to get a "sale" at other peoples costs. I see, as a company, that you don't respond to any complaints (AND THERE ARE MANY) - you just take peoples money and don't care a damn about them. Cannot wait to CANCEL this contract and NEVER deal with you again
It was an absolute please working with Weelee - from start to finish. I would highly recommend them if you are selling a vehicle - not just for their service but they got me a much better price that anyone else
The don't deserve any stars - I have NEVER dealt with a more incompetent and useless company before. They cannot supply my order and now REFUSE to refund my money or reply to emails and WhatsApp's. This is a warning to other people - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Do yourself a favor and don’t buy a place or build with Paige Developments. Not only is their building SHOCKING - they don’t give you any after sale service - 3 years later I am still waiting for my snags to be done. I have had endless sewerage problems which they say the have fixed but eventually, after I paid around R7000, my plumber found that my pipes were not even contacted to the sewerage pipes - we have proof but Paige still denies it. They lie constantly and never keep to their word - their sub contractors are no better and their finishings are SO cheap and nasty. I don’t know one person in this estate that is happy.
I took out insurance with King Price in May 2013 when I bought my Audi - the policy was under my name and ID with me husband paying the premium. Since then a couple of other cars have been added.<br> <br> About 2 weeks ago I phoned to remove all cars from the policy (apart from the Audi) and change the banking details to my own. I was told that the policy was now not in my name but in my husbands name (we are now separated) - how can this happen?<br> <br> I have been waiting since then for a return phone call and replies to mine and my husbands emails with no response. I put a comment on Facebook where I was asked for my phone number - no one has contacted me and all I get now is other insurance companies phoning me trying to sell me insurance (they got my number off the Facebook comment).<br> <br> I do not know if I am even insured now - what awful service
