Do yourself a favor and don’t buy a place or build with Paige Developments. Not only is their building SHOCKING - they don’t give you any after sale service - 3 years later I am still waiting for my snags to be done. I have had endless sewerage problems which they say the have fixed but eventually, after I paid around R7000, my plumber found that my pipes were not even contacted to the sewerage pipes - we have proof but Paige still denies it. They lie constantly and never keep to their word - their sub contractors are no better and their finishings are SO cheap and nasty. I don’t know one person in this estate that is happy.

terrible developer of note. they take no responsibility nor do they even fix their bad quality of work. foundation dug too low. like a neighbor's complaint, wrong cudboard specification, no water drainage in the garden which lead to pools of water after rain. roof done badly, resulting in more water issue. the worst I am dealing with now is a gush of a crack in the boundary wall. NHBRC doesn't regulate these wall which leaves developers such as paige development to cut corners. hardly 4 years and that boundary wall will fall and cause a huge damage. I have to stop my daughter from playing outside from fear of these hazards. Please be warned. Do thorough research before busying houses from certain developers. .

Poor workmanship, and cutting corners. They have the worst selection of suppliers, and you are forced to use their suppliers, I received poor quality cupboards - told its an acceptable standard- Exclusive designs on the east rand the absolute worst And the electrician was an even bigger joke, faulty wiring short circiuts during rain - and not surprisingly the electric compliance certificate was signed by what could be a relative or friend of the electrician living on the same street Amazingly house was approved by NHBRC - makes one wonder And Paige accepts no liability to ensure their shoddy suppliers address this. Still dealing with damp issues, and holes in my roof What a joke
