terrible house developer ever...stay away from Paige development houses.

terrible developer of note. they take no responsibility nor do they even fix their bad quality of work. foundation dug too low. like a neighbor's complaint, wrong cudboard specification, no water drainage in the garden which lead to pools of water after rain. roof done badly, resulting in more water issue. the worst I am dealing with now is a gush of a crack in the boundary wall. NHBRC doesn't regulate these wall which leaves developers such as paige development to cut corners. hardly 4 years and that boundary wall will fall and cause a huge damage. I have to stop my daughter from playing outside from fear of these hazards. Please be warned. Do thorough research before busying houses from certain developers. .
