I returned two items and only one item was refunded, this is unacceptable. I will not pay for an item I do not have when I have returned it at your drop off center in Rivonia. Please do the right thing and investigate where the pants are . Superbalist is really giving bad service these days, I have been experiencing this unacceptable service

I am a member of Virgin Active chilli lane. On many occasion I have asked if the cleaning of the shower can be moved to after 10:00 when members are done showering and out to their respective work place. However I was told that I am the only memeber that complains and therefore Virgin active will not listen to my complain. The cleaners spray soapy water at us with chemicals whiles they are wearing safety boots and gloves not to get the water on them. it gets slippery we can fall or even tripp from the hose pipe on the floor. The manager called me and told me that my complain is not valid just be cause out of 4000 members that the club has I am the only one that complained. Maybe try and survey and ask the ladies that shower between 8 and 9. I am only staying with the club for one personal reason, however my days at this club are numbered. The steamer there is often not working, the sensatonal shower as the manager calls it often has low pressure... the list is endless and I was threatened by the manager and made me to feel guilty for complaining. I pay for the service and expect to find the equipment working. Apparently the staff is willing to testify against me, let me know where and I will also bring my witnesses. Yes I did take it out on the receptionist today and I did apologise to her for it, that I was frustrated. However that seems to have gotten the manager's attention Zandile Muratha, causs she did call me back after not responding to my emails and messages I have left at the club since November 2024. The issues could have been avoided, it take complaining with a strong voice to get attention from Virgin Active's managers?

Dear Vodacom I cannot believe I am here again, 2 years later and the matter has not been resolved, to make matters worse I am listed on ITC for something I did not do, I am getting such a terrible service from Vodacom, I guess the only thing for me to do now is to go to the ombudsman as well as the consumer protector. For 5 days I do not have wifi, on a daily basis I call Home connect 3-4 times and I still don't have a working line. Technicians promise to call me back and they never call back. There is no manager on duty and no escalation yet at the end of the month my account gets debited what for, service not rendered? This is very frustrating, we live in trying times where people have to do whatever it takes to secure their jobs and income yet service providers such as Home connect are very relaxed about services and offer pathetic service. I cannot do my job with no wifi

It is so frustrating getting through to the Vodacom fraud department. As well as Vodacom in general... the IVR is too clunky and hangs up calls unnecessarily Tebogo Phaka from collections was helping me now and she just put me on hold for over 30 minutes after I asked her to speak to her Manager. I am handed over to a collections company for a fraud account that I reported to Vodacom on the 23th Jan 2019. submitted all the necessary documentation and nothing was done. Now I am suddenly tormented by the handling company, for what?
