Complaint

I was at Tygerbegr hospital yesterday to visit my mom who has contracted covid and we wanted to drop some food and toiletries but a security whose name is Neliswa Masimini working for Nikao protection service was very very rude and unprofessional to a point where we did not drop what we had brought for my mom. Even the nurse and doctor made a call to her, begged her to allow me to drop the staff but she did not allow us and we left the hospital with the staff my mom was in need of, her behaviour was very uncalled for.
