I would to complain about the power outage we have had since Monday and still do not have it despite reporting the matter with no assistance. The first reference number i got when i followed it up, then they said it has been resolved even though i the person who logged the call or reported a matter have no electricity until today. I was assisted by Khanyisile Takati, she is the best her service was extremely amazing. She was calm and helpful maing sure that i fully comprehend everything about my enquiry.
I am unimpressed with Eskom Cape Town’s service, we are in a crisis here, houses got burned over the weekend Saturday to be precise and the matter has been reported to Eskom until now we are still awaiting Eskom to fix the electricity mess. It’s Thursday today and we still have no power.
Eskom is such a **** service provider damn, the company is really failing to provide its service as if we are getting it free. We have been without electricity for days now.
Excellent service i got from one of Vodacom staff Mr Marcel Michael. He was so articulate about everything and able to answer all the questions. His mannerisms was the impeccable from the commencement of the interaction till the end, answering my questions and concerns.
I am disgusted with FNB’s service, i bought 2 R100 1Vouchers on the FNB App and i did not receive the voucher codes but the money from my account was deducted. I have reported the issue on the 25 April and they have acknowledged that there was such a purchase and there was a technical issue with the system at the time of purchase hence i did not receive the codes. I have been told that the money deducted from my account will be refunded till today i have not received any money.
The customer service of VVM employees is horrible, i spoke with a guy around 12:15 enquiring regarding my account with vodacom, the male employee was so rude to a point where he dropped the call while i was busy communicating with him. How rude is that? I see that there are positive reviews regarding the customer service of this company.
I had an unsatisfactory or rather i say a bad service with Vodacom staff member by the name of Yolanda Nogqala working at the collection department. Not happy with the her service
The experience i have with RAIN is disgusting, they used provide me a wifi service, i would pay and they provide. So it happened that i stopped paying and they stopped providing services to me because there was no payment from my side, however they continue to bill me monthly as if they are providing their services or borrowing me wifi. They have cut the wifi but the bill is accumulating, my question is what are they billing me for if they no longer providing services to me. I feel ****med, ****** by this so called company. People should be careful of this company because their way of doing things is disgusting. I am fuming 😡 as i write this because i made contact with them and they said i need to pay the money before cancelling the contract and i asked what exactly am i paying for because there no service provided to me but i am being billed even to this day. I have decided to open a case or handing this to my lawyers because now it’s getting out of hands.
The service provided by FNB Life is perfect, i am still in awe of it, i submitted a Death Claim on Tuesday afternoon and on the same day the money was paid out to my bank. I recommend FNB life to anyone who wants to have a stress free and a dignified funeral for their love ones.
