Good Afternoon
The Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPIA) DIRECT MARKETING BY MEANS OF UNSOLICITED ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
The general principle reflected in Section 69 is that if the data subject “That’s You” does not consent to the processing of his, her or its personal information for the purposes of direct marketing, the Responsible Party “That’s Us” will not be allowed to use the data subject’s personal information for this purpose.
The Responsible Party is allowed to approach a data subject (by whatever means) to request the consent of the data subject.
You were clearly asked for consent to be contacted, where you have the decision to respond.
kindly see the full act on www.popia.co.za, and familiarize yourself with the act, before making a false public statement.
Regards Management
Best regards,

Regardless if it was legal or not, to me it was an unsolicited WhatsApp message a total breach of my privacy, and because of that, I'll give your bad reviews wherever I can.

We mean no harm, so there is absolutely no need for this hatred because of a message,
We do honest work, so rather take hands and help us make this country a better place, instead of being part of that 0,001% breaking it down.
Best regards,

Seeing as you raised the topic of hard work, I was working hard when you interrupted my concentration. Don't try and hide your fault behind self-righteous goodwill. Or, if you are being sincere, apologise to me for the invasion of my privacy, and say that you'll rethink your advertising approach.
