Nissa... Poor quality poor service

Bought an item from this store For a family member... Thinking nothing of it we didn't check the item in question... Purchased only 2 weeks ago we decided to return to the store Fully understanding a non return policy we still tried get assistance as the fabric was frayed and even stitches bursting Extremely rude store manager... Laughing at us and speaking in a foreign language he then told us if we not happy we can throw it away and leave his store? Is this how we as South Africans should be treated by these foreign bullies
