******* at it again
It was an experience I never want to experience again ever in my life. Rude ladies that think that they can talk to customers however they feel like. bought a dress, all the beads started falling off and when asked if they could perhaps fix it OMG all effin hell breaks loose. These *****es looked at me as if they saw the devil himself!!!! Boss cannot be contacted, not even his name can be made public, seems like he is laundering money or hiding SARS. Not finished with this shop yet. I will tell everybody I know not to buy from these godforsaken *******.

Nissa... Poor quality poor service
Bought an item from this store For a family member... Thinking nothing of it we didn't check the item in question... Purchased only 2 weeks ago we decided to return to the store Fully understanding a non return policy we still tried get assistance as the fabric was frayed and even stitches bursting Extremely rude store manager... Laughing at us and speaking in a foreign language he then told us if we not happy we can throw it away and leave his store? Is this how we as South Africans should be treated by these foreign bullies

Nisaa chatsworth
Hey guys I jus wanted to share my experience with the store named nisaa in chatsworth unit3 I placed a lay buy on an outfit only to find out I am not allowed to wear that color so I went bck to the store asking if I could take something else which they refused I did not take the outfit hme as it is on lay by so I cnt understand the policy that's in place at that store An to make things worse ders buttons missing frm that outfit that I need to replace at my cost. I will neva recommend that store or make purchases in the future frm them I nw understand y ppl dnt buy frm eastern stores they more worried abt a sale den the person purchasing to be happy

Great service and good prices
I went to Nisaa's two weeks ago and bought some saries. They were very well priced. The ladies assisting were very helpful and not pushy. If I didn't like anything, they didn't force the issue. I enjoyed shopping, browsing and felt comfortable here. The prices of their high end stuff is also very low compared to other stores. But the best part was that I took one of the saries back because I found a flaw. The gentleman did not utter a word against me returning the item. In fact, I didn't return it but exchanged it for something else and paid the difference. I was not asked to produce till slips and they didn't complicate things. It was quick and easy.

Poor quality products
The store has cheap quality products. The staff will say anything to make a sale and when you have a problem they make poor excuses. The item that I purchased had chalk marks and when the blouse was stitched they asured me that they will remove it. So when they could not remove the chalk marks they stuck on stones that where just falling off and they stained the fabric. I was then told by the Manager Mrs Singh that she sat 3 days sticking the stones so if you were doing such a poor job contact me and we could have found another option. No professionalism what so ever.
