Disgusting service
Dear debonairs sa Yesterday was my nephews 10th birthday and being an avid lover of your pizza brand his wish was enjoying his favorite chicken pizza on his day My wife had ordered it through the app and the order came of your branch in Phoenix plaza. On receiving the order he did not eat it immediately due to a function that was going on in his name To his dismay and ours he found a folded broken badly damaged pizza inside the box... Its just food but to a 10 year old its heartbreaking His mum immediately sent us a picture and we tried getting hold of the branch only to find out that nothing can be done... Not a refund... Not a replacement meal just a sour taste left everyone's mouth. We were given a higher level managers context details and through WhatsApp he had read the msg and disregarded it. Is this the kind of treatment we should receive or accept from such a leading food franchise? Truly and utterly disgusted

Nissa... Poor quality poor service
Bought an item from this store For a family member... Thinking nothing of it we didn't check the item in question... Purchased only 2 weeks ago we decided to return to the store Fully understanding a non return policy we still tried get assistance as the fabric was frayed and even stitches bursting Extremely rude store manager... Laughing at us and speaking in a foreign language he then told us if we not happy we can throw it away and leave his store? Is this how we as South Africans should be treated by these foreign bullies

Stale food rather than fast food
Full order for 4 people done under 10 minutes..thinking this to be awesome fast food experience we left with take-aways due to the cashier saying this was the only option avail. To our dismay we got home and opened boxes to old stale food probably well over a day old...such a disappointment for a first time at this take away and such a waste of money
