Spoke to a very rude service consultant when I was booking my car. When i asked about transportation to drop me off at work, he rudely instructed me to make a plan and Uber myself because all Nissan dealerships are no longer transporting their customers due to Covid. I'm new in Durban, a black female and I do not feel safe using Uber, he didn't even afford me an opportunity to share this with him. I know it's nothing but a racist move because I have 2 cars and I was told this by the other brand I drive, but when I investigated the case I picked up that black customers are the ones who go through these hoops whereas other races are accommodated. I'm let down by the level of service.
