Nadine from Nissan ormonde does not know how treat customers. Initially the incorrect M&M number was provided to the insurance company which caused a massive inconvenience to me. On top of it all Nadine was rude and belittling to me on the what's apps and voice notes she sent me. Honestly not impressed.

My car broke down on 27th April 2021 and was towed to Nissan Booysens on 28 April 2021. I have been told that I cannot be provided with a Courtesy vehicle as they need tk assessnthe problem on the vehicle and can only provide a courtesy vehicle when parts are on backorder. I was also informed that a courtesy vehicle is valid for 30 days, which raises a question what happens if the parts does not arrive in 30 days as I have waited a full year for my shocks to be replaced. I spoke to Robbie who at first was not friendly at all until I had to take him, since all that matters to Nissan is their policies and procedures. I've accepted their policies and procedures to wait for my car to be fixed and was told that I would have my car back on 7 May 2021. I have just received a call from Nissan SA 012 529 6000 who informed that I will have my car back on Monday, 10 May 2021. Only when I raised my view that I have respected and accepted their policies and procedures but was told that I am getting my car back on 7 May 2010, he insisted that it won't be ready, I will have it back on the 10th. Only when I mentioned that it's fine,mi have been treated bad from day one and that I will place a review on HELLO PETER, this gentleman, who's name I can unfortunately not pronounce or spell, requested to phone me back w.r.t. a loan car. What load of bull is this after I had to suffer without transport, been in discomfort because their policies and procedures, that they would now want to provide me with a loan car when it was not available from the 28th April. If I ever have to buy a brand new car again, it will definitely not be Nissan.
