My Debt Hero still maintains that they have done a righteous deal by distributing my R21 000 to legal fees. My question is, when do you start paying my accounts if it was important for me to be protected on my enquiry for assistance? How do you take R21 000 from somebody, when you have been informed that your probable client's income has now shrunk below R10 000, you agree to distribute R6000, yet you pay yourselves first. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE ASSIST ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM MY DEBT HERO. I AM A PENSIONER AND IN NEED OF THE MONEY I PAID THEM AS THEY HAVE NOT DISTRIBUTED ANYTHING TO MY DEBTORS AND THEIR ATTORNEYS TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPRESENT ME ON MY CASE AS I HAD TO SEND THEM THE ORIGININAL DOCUMENTS BY MAIL AND NOT THE EMAIL COPIES I SENT THEM.
After making payment in the amount of R21 000 to My Debt Hero, none of my debtors had been stopped to take action against me and none of them received any distribution. My Debt Hero claims that they have distributed funds to my debtors, yet no reflection on their statements to my debtors. Serious communication breakdown. We communicate by email correspondence because of their different telephone numbers and consultants working on my account. If there is someone on this platform who can refer me to a pro bono legal attorney, I would appreciate your help please. I am a pensioner, and every cent is important to me.
Upon going on retirement, I saw their advert and enquired how they could help me. From the onset I have informed that I am not at liberty to submit documentation in any other different form, other than email. You get to speak to different account handlers and one does not seem to know what the other is doing. They simply just respond to their last entry. Their clients do not enjoy priority. I was not able to provide their attorneys with my documentation through post or courier. Which in my understanding made it difficult for them to proceed with my case to court, or whatever their process is. In the meantime, I have been making payment to their account. I am in a situation where my name is now flagged and they have not honored what I have paid them for. Speaking to other experts, I was told that based on the calculation of my debt, they were not supposed to have taken my account and should have left me with the arrangement I had with my debtors. I made numerous payments to which I have received no service. I have requested a refund and am being ignored. They have so many different people you speak with, and one just have no progress on your matter. I am seeking legal assistance in order to receive my refund because it is not a small amount.
I have had multiple contracts with Telkom for well over 10 years. I have recently requested an upgrade on my pocket rooter, to unlimited data. I have 3 contracts running currently and my request was very clear to only upgrade my pocket rooter. Telkom decided to place the upgrade with the unlimited date on my son's account and provided me with two sim cards. Upon delivery of the home rooter and sim card, I was told that they would do a sim swap on one of the new sim cards. However, this did not happen. I was sold a new contract with 2 sim cards which had data and airtime on it. I was not aware as I awaited the sim swap to be activated. Mid-month October, when I ran out of data, my nightmare started. I made numerous calls, spoke to various operators. Some understood the error, but for some reason it was continously translated or understood incorrectly. Only after 90 days I met a staff member who has a befitting name, Confident. She confidently listened to my struggles I have experienced and fixed my account as we spoke. It took her only 30 minutes to have my matter resolved, whilst with some I have spent a full hour or more and still found no resolve. I am about to lay a *****ulent case against TELKOM.

As per previous review, where I informed about the poor service received, where my nephew had to spend two days off work, because the staff member he had an arrangement with were not at work on the Monday, and he has misplaced the keys of the car. On Tuesday, we spent another full day at Webuycars, after having informed them that the Tuesday would be recorded as unpaid leave, there had been a situation where the young Sales rep indicated a possibility to have to come back again on Wednesday as they were not able to trace the deposit which were made on their online bidding. Miraculaously the money was found many hours later and the deal were concluded. When my nephew arrived at his destination, in the Eastern Cape, he found that the lock-nut tool were not in the car. I received a call from Amanda on Wednesday, enquiring about my review and gave her the details of my cousin who had this HORRIBLE experience, sadly, she has to date not phoned him. Now ask the question, IS IT WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH SUCH PEOPLE? I certainly would not.
Very poor customer services. Staff member negligence with misplacing vehicle keys. Took full 48 hours to conclude a deal after customer trave from the Eastern Cape, forced to remain an extra day, suffer one day's loss of income and no explanation or apology received from staff member, Tumelo.
i made an enquiry on what mileage my next service would be. The operator knew her product well and spoke with a clear professional voice.
