Worse experience ever. Cartrack failed to provide me support, I am still awaiting feedback from their complaints department who cannot explain to me who made adjustments on my account which resulted in excessive of R500 bank charges on more than 5 occasions. This unit is fitted in a vehicle that I used for business, I could not conduct my business and incurred a loss of R5000 for the days the unit was inactive. I then contacted Cartrack to have this fixed, they could not get it fixed so I paid a R600 + R230 on my account and requested that it be placed on EFT because they initially failed to debit my account which lead to the unit being deactivated and my loss of R5000 incurred. Cartrack made me incur R5500 in losses and fails to Remedy this with me.
Worse experience ever. Cartrack is company founded on lies and deceit. Cynthia Kobe **** to me about investigating my complaint and has not reverted with feedback for over a month now. Cynthia is also the 1 trying to hold me captive into an agreement which Cartrack always broke due to their inability to deliver on the service agreement we agreed on.

I bought a 2022 Toyota Hilux at King Of Car on the 31st of May 2023. After buying the bakkie I had to wait for my contract, so I left my bakkie to stand in my secure yard in my secure garaged parking while waiting for the contract. My bakkie finally started working last week and my driver heard a weird noise and reported it to me, I made the salesman aware who insisted that I take the bakkie to Toyota directly. I insisted to return it to KOC to check it out first. My driver took it in today and KOC claims that someone decat the bakkie and replaced it with a pipe. When I got home I took photos of the exhausted and noticed that a pipe has been welded there and it is clear that this had been done way before I even bought the bakkie.KOC wants me to pay to have this repaired but they sold me the vehicle in this poor condition and their poor welding job gave in hence this problem was exposed.
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Masethabo offered me excellent customer service and went to the extend to request steer from her manager to better accommodate me. Thank you King Price, awesome gem you have there.

Nadine from Nissan ormonde does not know how treat customers. Initially the incorrect M&M number was provided to the insurance company which caused a massive inconvenience to me. On top of it all Nadine was rude and belittling to me on the what's apps and voice notes she sent me. Honestly not impressed.

I walked in clicks brackenhurst a hours ago to return their extremely bad quality dry junior protection nappies. One of the employees that assisted me asked me to take out one of the used nappies, which by the way wasn't really used because my son couldn't keep the nappie on due to the fact that the stickies on the nappie was faulty. I removed the nappie from the pack and asked her if it is okay for me to throw the nappie in the store bin, she replied and said: " yes, no problem, would you want your money back or are you going to take something else". I said that I'll take something else and proceeded to throw the nappie in the bin. I took something else and stood in the line to pay. The manager approached me in the line very rudely and asked to have a word with me. She lead me to the very unhygienic bin and told me that they do not allow nappies in the bin because they are the "health store". She then told me to remove the nappie from that dirty unhygienic bin and throw it else where. She has so bad no only inconvenienced me but also belittled me to verbally force me to stick my hand in their unhygienic bin and take the nappie out and look for a bin outside to throw it away whilst I was still in the line waiting to pay, it is more especially unsafe to reach in things like their unhygienic bin due to the fact that as a country we are faced this unprecedented pandemic. I feel belittled, mistreated and violated by the manager of Clicks Brackenhurst
