I have requested the full reports every time when the car came for repairs.They can't give me the reports, my car started giving me problems after 11 months of purchase after 30 000km service. I was told it's a factory fault. Another problem of the gearbox started and I was told that the gearbox was taken to Mayfair (gearbox experts). They refuse to give me the report from Mayfair they say is private and personal They want permission from me that they must claim from the warranty as usual and I have refused because they refuse to disclose what is wrong but they have the report.
It's a norm that there is high possibilities that they take parts from new cars and the owner of the new car will suffer for a while, and if you get a breakdown it will be sent to the dealership and they will claim from the warranty. They even threatened me that if I don't give them permission to claim they will take their courtesy car.Becarefull of Nissan Secunda with your new cars.
