I was disappointed and lodged a complain of ***** and it was attended with emmidiate effect;the investigations started the very same day after I informed them.
I am disappointed by this department that it doesn't check the history of the title deeds when it finances homes.I went and approached Mrs Zambo who stays in my father's property to explain to her that it was *****ulently sold.She was not surprised;her response was that she is an absa employee and there is nothing that I can do about it because absa lawyers are going to defend her.She said I shouldn't have bothered to come and tell her because my dad's property was less than R200 000.They sold my dad's property who died in 2003 with ***** and the conveyancer in writing said she didn't need masters direction to sell my dad's property.

Nissan Secunda have told me lies that they took my gearbox to Mayfair for diagnosis.I requested the report including the job card from Mayfair. Thinus the manager refused to give me the report from Mayfair he said its private and personal. I called Mayfair manual department and they confirmed with me that they haven't received my gearbox at any stage. Thinus wrote and email to me pretending it is a report from Mayfair.I called warranty department he loaded a claim as if he received a report from Mayfair,and the claim was declined. He knows what is happening with my gearbox and defrauding the warranty. I need investigations on this car because before he said it went to Mayfair he worked on the gearbox twice and he denies that he has worked on the gearbox.
Nissan Secunda Played Games with me,I was under the impression that they have emailed me the reports of the brand new car that was been fixed in their dealership, its been more than three weeks they refuse to give me the report instead yesterday they sent a memo. The latest issue was the gearbox they even refused to give me the report from Mayfair they say its private and confidential. Indeed I am under the impression that they know more about this car more than me the owner.
Nissan has been difficult with me, but now they have responded yesterday at 15:30 giving me all the reports I needed when the car was fixed after I reported them to Hellopeter. For three weeks they have refused to give me the reports but a day after I wrote to hellopeter in writing they responded and this will help me to go to the attorney with the whole history of the brand new problematic car
I have requested the full reports every time when the car came for repairs.They can't give me the reports, my car started giving me problems after 11 months of purchase after 30 000km service. I was told it's a factory fault. Another problem of the gearbox started and I was told that the gearbox was taken to Mayfair (gearbox experts). They refuse to give me the report from Mayfair they say is private and personal They want permission from me that they must claim from the warranty as usual and I have refused because they refuse to disclose what is wrong but they have the report. It's a norm that there is high possibilities that they take parts from new cars and the owner of the new car will suffer for a while, and if you get a breakdown it will be sent to the dealership and they will claim from the warranty. They even threatened me that if I don't give them permission to claim they will take their courtesy car.Becarefull of Nissan Secunda with your new cars.
Nissan Dealership in South Africa they.are the worst dealership in our country. They have made me to suffer after driving their brand new car for 11 months.I had to fight to get the courtesy car. Now they refuse to give all the reports when the car was brought for repairs. They have appointed a case manager who threatens me that if I don't give them a permission to fix the car they will have to take their courtesy car. She refuses to tell me what is wrong with the car she says the report for the expert that have diagnosed the car cannot be sent to me its private and confidential. They left me no choice but to involve the legal representative, that is how bad the situation is. The Nissan Case manager was informed that they are treating me bad I have involved the attorney, she was not happy and said that how can I involve the 3rd party in my matter. I don't wish anyone can experience this bad treatment, stay away from Nissan products if you don't want to see yourself paying legal fees and a brand new car which you are not driving. I will also disclose this on black Twitter, the world must know about the bad products from Nissan and how they will handle you if the new car gives you problems.
