I honestly cannot rate this dealership anything less than 5 stars! From start to finish, the sales team was friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive. I had been trying to purchase a Nissan Magnite since 1 December 2025 and was sent from one dealership to another with no success. The moment I reached NTT Secunda, everything changed — my long and frustrating search finally came to an end. A massive thank you to Ms C. Barnard and Azania Nyundu for their exceptional service, dedication, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond, even reserving the Red Edition especially for me, which truly made the experience feel personal and special. This was an outstanding car-buying experience, and I would highly recommend NTT Secunda to anyone looking for excellent service and a team that genuinely cares.

I was buying a car Magnite, they cancel a deal without me i have already signed and took pictures with the guy just because i ask them to keep a car for me until my birthday which is on 02 October they sell a car to someone else without telling me i am so cross

Last year Sep 2021 I bought a second hand Np200, was promised to get a spare wheel as there was no spare wheel, all four Tyres were worn out and tonneau cover was also damaged. Was promised to get all these faults fixed but it took them till 24 December 2021 to place tyres and a spare wheel then new tonneau cover was only fix in March 2022. All four Tyres that were replaced plus the spare wheel, were 2014 tyres and I only noticed when I started having problems with one of the tyres when I called them, they told me that as long as the tyres have enough treads to keep me on the road, was so frustrated and angry because I ensured my tyres and insurance couldn't help me as the tyres were 8 years old. Manager the @ NTT Nissan told me they can only but me 2 tyres then I'll have to see myself on the remaining ones but then it was them who changed all four tyres with old ones. This dealership is reaping people off thier money and don't take responsibility.

NTT Nissan Secunda, dealer principle Heinrich de Klerk. I tried to purchase a vehicle from them, but they advertise a vehicle at a particular price and then they load the quote with extras and add-ons which you didn't request or approve. (In my case R30 000 worth of extras). As soon as you enquire about the extras, Heinrich tells you to "take it or leave it". Biggest scammer I have ever come across! I will report this to Nissan SA as well as the National Credit regulator!

I tried to purchase a vehicle from them, but they advertise a vehicle at a particular price and then they load the quote with extras and add-ons which you didn't request or approve. (In my case R30 000 worth of extras). As soon as you enquire about the extras, Heinrich tells you to "take it or leave it". Biggest scammer I have ever come across! I have requested the full reports every time when the car came for repairs.They can't give me the reports, my car started giving me problems after 11 months of purchase after 30 000km service. I was told it's a factory fault. Another problem of the gearbox started and I was told that the gearbox was taken to Mayfair (gearbox experts). They refuse to give me the report from Mayfair they say is private and personal They want permission from me that they must claim from the warranty as usual and I have refused because they refuse to disclose what is wrong but they have the report. It's a norm that there is high possibilities that they take parts from new cars and the owner of the new car will suffer for a while, and if you get a breakdown it will be sent to the dealership and they will claim from the warranty. They even threatened me that if I don't give them permission to claim they will take their courtesy car.Becarefull of Nissan Secunda with your new cars.

My 2016 Nissan NP200 went for service and the vehicle was received back dirty with acid on the bonnet, when I tried to wipe it off it burnt and damaged the paint. The hinges were lubricated and oil drops where all through the door gaps. Seems like if you do not own an expensive vehicle this pathetic company just wants their money and to take you for a ride.
