Last year Sep 2021 I bought a second hand Np200, was promised to get a spare wheel as there was no spare wheel, all four Tyres were worn out and tonneau cover was also damaged. Was promised to get all these faults fixed but it took them till 24 December 2021 to place tyres and a spare wheel then new tonneau cover was only fix in March 2022. All four Tyres that were replaced plus the spare wheel, were 2014 tyres and I only noticed when I started having problems with one of the tyres when I called them, they told me that as long as the tyres have enough treads to keep me on the road, was so frustrated and angry because I ensured my tyres and insurance couldn't help me as the tyres were 8 years old. Manager the @ NTT Nissan told me they can only but me 2 tyres then I'll have to see myself on the remaining ones but then it was them who changed all four tyres with old ones. This dealership is reaping people off thier money and don't take responsibility.
