Double Debit Order and payment issues
O have been using Wetility Energy for the past 8 months. In the time period I have been experiencing double debit orders on my accpunt which result in a negative impact on my Credit score as I could not pay my other accounts. I have been trying to communicate to Wetility via cellphone and email but no luck. 2nd of September I received a Email stating that my account is up to date, the following day I receive a email from their lawayers sueing me for R16 000 for unpaid funds. The system that they use is malfunctioning. So I would advise that if anyone would just Wetility Energy that they make double sure of their payment each month.

Bad Service
My car (Nissan Juke) needed a new fuel pump. I took the vehicle to my nearest dealership which is Nissan in Secunda. The branch sended the neccesary information threw to Nissan South Africa so that they could send me the right part. I waited a whole month for the part to come from Nissan South Africa just to find out that they have sent the wrong part. Now I have to wait another month for the right part to come. Now it costs me more because I have to make arrangements again for transport. I am trying to get hold of Nissan South Africa but cant seem to get hold of them. The service that I am getting from them is absolutely pathetic.
