I recently contacted Nivea with regards to a product that didnt deliver on the 72hour protection. I sent them the batch number as well as photos of the product in question. I love Nivea products in general, but the lack of response or acknowledgement is crazy. When paying for products I expect to get the protection im supposed to. I expect to glow, I expect to feel moisturized, I expect to not smell myself after an hour. I've never experienced this with Nivea before. I even thought it was my fault. Took a shower and literally could smell myself again a few hours later. 72 hours means 3 days, not hours later
