Well I took my car in 9 days ago to be told I’m a walk in and it took three days for them to tell me the antifreeze was leaking ! Then not to my surprise had no parts ! Waited another three days for parts To be told hopefully they will work on Saturday which they never ! Monday they told me it is a huge job and I’ll get it back Tuesday Low and behold after not kidding five phone calls did I even get oh you are not goi g to be happy we hoping to get your car back to you by Thursday latest Friday 12 days without a car ! BUT little do they k is or think about my Mercedes me has just notified me the battery has been disconnected ANOTHER lie Mercedes you have only started on it today as I gave a service plan and you busy trying g to msje your target but pushing our the paying customers I have bought three mercs from them cash But I will be rushing off to trade it in on another licks car but no not a Mercedes The manager answer to me god be my witness was mmm Mmm I rep**** why are you not responding to me he said he was with a mmm Mike you have no managereral competencey Shocking shocking service NMI Umhlanga Mercedes
