I have always received the best service from NMI Toyota centurion, starting when I bought the vehicle back in 2022, and the two services I performed with them, until I had to deal with the car service manager: CHARL BOTHA, when I brought in my car after a service and it was leaking engine oil on the samp drain nut. He gave me an attitude and requested for me to provide me with proof (pictures) of the leak, after I explicitly told him the car started leaking after the service done on Friday 31 May 2024. Why would I drive more than 60KMs about something that does not exists? Toyota please get your service manager to deal better with customers, he is not doing us any favors, we have paid for the services!!!!!
