I logged a claim with Prime Meridian and the claim was approved within a day, with no hassles
I have always received the best service from NMI Toyota centurion, starting when I bought the vehicle back in 2022, and the two services I performed with them, until I had to deal with the car service manager: CHARL BOTHA, when I brought in my car after a service and it was leaking engine oil on the samp drain nut. He gave me an attitude and requested for me to provide me with proof (pictures) of the leak, after I explicitly told him the car started leaking after the service done on Friday 31 May 2024. Why would I drive more than 60KMs about something that does not exists? Toyota please get your service manager to deal better with customers, he is not doing us any favors, we have paid for the services!!!!!

<div>Took my car in and it was first diagnosed for timing kit change, after the change there were more diagnosis done and eventually the said they had to replace the car ECU, to no luck. The car was kept with them for 6 months without any work and i had to follow up to get it worked on and now my car does not event start or use the mobiliser. to top things up the swapped my new battery with an old not charging battery, after the car went to them drivable I had to take from them on a flat bed truck. Bad bad service</div>

I recently took my car to Service, where it was bought in Rustenburg, but the did not reset the Service warning on the car. so i called called VW and they advised i can go to any VW dealership so a Service Technician can reset it for me, but when i got there at the service reception two coloured ladies gave me an attitude and told me they cannot assist as it was not serviced at their dealership
I have submitted 2 applications for a cell phone and a Latop on contract to telkom on their website, i even trying to call them 5 times, keep on hanging on the line for 20 to 30 minutes for a colsutant. no answer. i need feedback on my application to know if they can help of not
