I toke my car to this people my car was driving 💯 percent . I toke my car there to cancel pop and bangs on my vehicle next thing my car does not want to start. My car went there driving after they touched it my car does not want to start I had to pay for my car not starting and had to take my car with a tow truck home . They told me to take my car there is nothing that they can do and my car went there driving 100 percent the worst mistake ever . Il never go there anymore

HI not the best experience took my car in for a DPF and EGR removal with software and stage 1 after receiving the vehicle back went on into limp mode with a variety of excuses then paid an additional cost to have that specific error removed with no luck still did the same took the car back and said it must get sorted vehicle was running fine the day i brought it in before everything was done. They said fine they will open the turbo and clean the vanes as they are sticking came back after they where finished and wanted to charge me an additional R2250 for the cleaning of the turbo i refused after a long discussions and back an forth they said they will wave the fee if i sign a document stating they will not help me in the future o course i declined needless to say car still goes into limb mode after R6300+R750 =R7050 this excludes the R2250 they wanted me to pay for a problem still there is been more than 2 weeks with no reply back regarding a new electronic turbo actuator which is gonna cost me now an additional R4500 this service was good in the beginning but quickly went bad as soon as you start asking questions reply is i did not touch the turbo actuator and that fault has always been there WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Communication is blur , they don't seem to care for their customers. You will get charged hidden cost and uncommunicated charges. I honestly used to send friends and family their way now I've moved away from that. Had to get all my cars they tuned returned by rk motion and found that they're files are just duplicates of similar vehicles its frustrating what unique motorsport has become over the years

Had major work done to my vehicle at Unique motorsport in January paid a decent amount of money to have the job done the business said they can have the vehicle done before the weekend and was not finished gave them extra time till monday and got there and the vehicle was still being worked on. Took the vehicle and not even a day and the first problem came up had to fix it myself let the owner know and didn't hear nothing. A month later more problems started with poor workmanship done and leading to gaskets being blown because of bolts not tight. Had to fix it by myself again let the owner know and nothing. Have been doing work with them for years and everytime not satisfied. Work looks great when you get there and excited to get in your vehicle but will be very disappointed when things start going wrong in coming months. Definitely lost my business and will not be going back because had to spend extra money at a different place to have these problems sorted out with new spares.

The place is very clean and very informative employees, they explain everything until you understand and they dont get irritated. The reception lady is very professional (Lulu) she know how to communicate with clients, I'm giving her 5star and i appreciate her

I received excellent service from Lulu, Oom Gerhardt, Clement, Piet and the team; from my first call to Oom Gerhard, and my continuous interaction with, inter alia, Lulu, Piet & Clement. I was constantly updated by Lulu on the progress of my bakkie. These guys go beyond just normal service & I feel like family, that is after my first encounter. They take time to patiently and carefully explain the processes, how things work and really “dumbed down” the technical automative terms for me as a layman. Service Unparalleled for sure!! ❤️
