I recently had my Land Cruiser serviced at NMI Toyota Centurion, along with a few minor repairs. I was thoroughly impressed with the transparent quotation, excellent communication, and the way I was kept informed throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Theo, who provided regular updates and ensured I was always in the loop, and to Wentzel for the quality workmanship carried out on the vehicle. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience and will definitely be returning to NMI Toyota Centurion for future services.

My Toyota Hilux got broken into and, being fami**** with the typical hard sell tactis and scheming in the car industry, I was dreading taking it in to be fixed. To my surprise, I was assisted quickly and Vencel, the gentlemen who helped me out, was kind, friendly, respectful, considerate and honest. He listened to my needs without any hidden agenda and fixed the very minor damage to my car free of charge. His attitude, respectfulness and generosity made my day and will keep me coming back to NMI Toyota Centurion for all my future car needs with a smile on my face. Thanks so much to Vencel and the Toyota team :)

I have always received the best service from NMI Toyota centurion, starting when I bought the vehicle back in 2022, and the two services I performed with them, until I had to deal with the car service manager: CHARL BOTHA, when I brought in my car after a service and it was leaking engine oil on the samp drain nut. He gave me an attitude and requested for me to provide me with proof (pictures) of the leak, after I explicitly told him the car started leaking after the service done on Friday 31 May 2024. Why would I drive more than 60KMs about something that does not exists? Toyota please get your service manager to deal better with customers, he is not doing us any favors, we have paid for the services!!!!!

This morning, I took my car in for the replacement of wiper blades. A young lady called Desree Kekana welcomed me, and while I was telling her that they must call Fleet Africa for an authority, she immediately called another lady . The other lady's customer service was just horrible. She instructed Desree not to release the car in case Fleet Africa does not pay. She said this in a very condescending and disrespectful manner. Their deal with Fleet Africa is not supposed to be my problem. After about ten minutes I went back to her just to ask her if she realized that she was not supposed to talk to me in that manner as a paying customer, but she saw nothing wrong with her action. I suggest that she must go for customer service training or not be allowed to deal with customers at all.

I took my car in for 45,000km service in January 2024 and was received by Eulenda, the service advisor. I informed her of the noise which was coming from the front right wheel among other issues I wanted them to have a look at. During the day, another service advisor, Tumi, called to inform me that she will be taking over from Eulenda who had to attend to an emergency. When I later picked up the car, Tumi advised me that upon assessment of the car, it was decided that they order new shock absorbers for all the four wheels and will call me to bring the car back in for replacement, which she did. I have never seen a dedicated team like that, from the reception dest to the tuck shop, especially from a car dealership. My movements between the dealership to my work and back was handled with ease. To Tumi, thank you for a wonderful service especially after you had to take over from your colleague but still did a splendid job nevertheless, keep it up.

I serviced my fortuner on 20 May 2023 at NMI Toyota Centurion. Upon arrival, their were no job card for my vehicle that caused a delay. I had to arrange my own transportation home, because I was not informed. The service however was done well.
