Generous service without hidden agenda

My Toyota Hilux got broken into and, being fami**** with the typical hard sell tactis and scheming in the car industry, I was dreading taking it in to be fixed.

To my surprise, I was assisted quickly and Vencel, the gentlemen who helped me out, was kind, friendly, respectful, considerate and honest. He listened to my needs without any hidden agenda and fixed the very minor damage to my car free of charge. His attitude, respectfulness and generosity made my day and will keep me coming back to NMI Toyota Centurion for all my future car needs with a smile on my face.
