Faithful to Nature is the best brand I have encountered. I ordered something from them online a couple of days a go. When my package arrived, I was stunned to find that along with my ordered goods were 2 extra items which I had come into their shop weeks a go to enquire about on 2 separate occasions. Not only did they remember who I was but they had me in tears over their thoughtful gesture of including the products I was looking for previously. They truly notice, know and value their customers and they won a lifelong one in me. I wish all brands were as caring.
Sculpt has a 15 day waiting period for your items. They will tell you it is a ‘temporary adjustment’ in which they expect to ‘normalise their shipping times back to 1 business day within the next few weeks’. Don’t believe them. It has been like that for the past 4 months. Upon addressing the inaccuracy of the information they are relaying to their clients, I received a snotty and condescending reply from a Sasha in which Sculpt took no responsibility whatsoever, saying they understand the waiting period can ‘feel long’, placing blame on me as the customer for apparently not being patient enough, according to them because of my uncontainable excitement to receive my order. As if this waiting period isn’t already extremely long (by anyone’s standards), my previous order took a whopping 30 days to arrive. No ammends were made from Sculpt’s side. I had to keep checking in and eventually had to ask them for discount to which they responded with a meager R100 on my next purchase. 4 months later, after asking again, I finally received the voucher. Sculpt does not care about their customers at all. After my experience with them, I relayed to them I would not be purchasing from them again in future. They could not care less, simply stating that they ‘understand my preference not to purchase again’. Their business is growing, what’s one customer right? Until it’s not just one… This business is on a huge ego trip! Oh and my latest (and last) arrival from them was not AT ALL what I ordered. A so-called ‘Deep V’ push up bra whose cups are bigger than any other bra I’ve purchased before. Can basically only wear it underneath a t-shirt. So false-advertising is their cherry on top of the cake!
My Toyota Hilux got broken into and, being fami**** with the typical hard sell tactis and scheming in the car industry, I was dreading taking it in to be fixed. To my surprise, I was assisted quickly and Vencel, the gentlemen who helped me out, was kind, friendly, respectful, considerate and honest. He listened to my needs without any hidden agenda and fixed the very minor damage to my car free of charge. His attitude, respectfulness and generosity made my day and will keep me coming back to NMI Toyota Centurion for all my future car needs with a smile on my face.
