Two weeks ago, I bought a meal and used the kiosk option. However, the kiosk charged me but could not register my order. Mr Piet advised me to place another order and assured me that KFC would most definitely refund me for the order that I could not place; hence, the money was deducted. Indeed, within a day or two, I was refunded after the intervention of another worker named Mr Jacky. Both Mr Piet and Jackey showed that they understand customer service. They handled this matter professionally.
This morning, I took my car in for the replacement of wiper blades. A young lady called Desree Kekana welcomed me, and while I was telling her that they must call Fleet Africa for an authority, she immediately called another lady . The other lady's customer service was just horrible. She instructed Desree not to release the car in case Fleet Africa does not pay. She said this in a very condescending and disrespectful manner. Their deal with Fleet Africa is not supposed to be my problem. After about ten minutes I went back to her just to ask her if she realized that she was not supposed to talk to me in that manner as a paying customer, but she saw nothing wrong with her action. I suggest that she must go for customer service training or not be allowed to deal with customers at all.

I had a contract with Mtn which expired in April 2022. I called them to cancel and I was told by the consultant that the last day of my contract would be 25 May 2022 and I must make sure that I exhaust any data available before that day. From June until this day they have been deducting for a contract that I do not have, they even threatened me that should I not pay them, I will be reported to the credit bureau. I have sent numerous email, called them many times without receiving any response from this crooks. What can I do to get them off my back? Please help.
The data contract I had with Mtn expired at the end of April 2022. I called to notify them to cancel the contract and they confirmed that indeed it was cancelled, shortly I received an SMS stating the following: "Y'ello! Your contract is set to be cancelled on 25/05/2022. An Mtn consultant will be in touch to confirm this with you, or you can call customer care on 135. Have a great day!". Indeed a consultant was in touch and confirmed that the contract will seize to exist as from 25/05/2022, she even asked whether I would like to keep the number and I said No. On 25/05/2022 I received another SMS stating the following: 'Dear customer, your query 1-20048219006 has been closed. Please contact call center if you require more info. Thank you for using Mtn. Have a Y'ello day.' On 19 July 2022 I received another SMS stating the following: 'Dear customer, your query 1-22833257387 has been closed. Please contact call center if you require more info. Thank you for using Mtn. Have a Y'ello day.' This SMS came after I engaged them again asking why did they debit my account hence I cancelled the contract. This practice did not stop, on 15 August 2022, an amount of R726.60 was again deducted by Mtn. After having contacted Mtn on several occasions, they still continue to deduct my money and I do not understand for what services, can they stop this nonsense.
After the last time I wrote a review, Mtn send two contradicting messages. The fist message reads as follows: "Dear Customer, Your query 1-3338726144 has been closed. Please contact call center if you require more information. Thank you for using MTN. Have a Y'ello day." The second message via email reads as follows: "I hereby acknowledge the receipt of your email. Kindly note your request has been escalated to the sales team for further assistance, you may follow up with them at Salesadmin@mondo.co.za or by calling Rewardsco 087 310 9583. We apologize any inconvenience incurred and the delayed response". I am grossly disappointed by the poor service and lack of leadership from Mtn. The cellphone contract deal was approved, why are they not delivering it to me? I am going to pay for the cellphone, it's not like they are doing me any favour. How did they close my query while I have not received the cellphone?
I applied online for an Mtn cellphone contract last year on 21 November 2020 to be exact (Ref No: 13704495). I received a call from an Mtn consultant confirming approval of my contract and further promised that the cellphone including a Samsung Galaxy watch would be delivered within 10 days. To date, nothing has been delivered. I have made several calls and sent emails with no success. Every time I call, they send me from pillar to post, they even asked me to call the DSV courier company (011 - 671 9500). Every time I called this company, I was told that Mtn was yet to deliver the parcel to them so that it can be dispatched to me. I must say that Mtn customer service is very poor. All I want is for the cellphone to be delivered to me. This cellphone was meant to be a surprise for my wife during our wedding on 5 December 2020 but Mtn spoiled my surprise. Please help.
