I've ordered a dishwasher online on 28 July 2025 and it shipped on 29 July 2025 at or about 14h56 according to the Incredible Connection tracking tool. Till today 08 August 2025, 11 days later I still don't have a dishwasher. If I knew that the service were going to be so pathetic, I would have bought the machine elsewhere. Their company or delivery period of 2-5 working days is a ****.
I've bought 2 Roll Top Chafing Dishes ( Round with window) in July and August 2024 respectively. I've used both items only on Easter Friday in 2025. After used, washed them with normal sunlight liquid soap, dried them, put them back in their boxes and stored them in my kitchen cupboard. I wanted to use the items in June 2025, only to find them rusted in the cupboard. I've reported the matter to takealot who said "there's nothing they can do beacuse the items are out of warranty. Stailess rusted in less than 12 months in Gauteng. It must be a very inferior product.
My claim was settled in a very short time, and I was kept up to date and informed every step of the way.
I've missed a payment on 07 October 2024 and made the payment on 16 October 2024. I've receive threatening messages from a Company called Nudebt that I'm being BLACKLISTED. I explained to Nudebt that I do not owe Telkom any money as confirmed with the Centurion Mall Telkom branch. I called Telkom on 03 April 2025 @ 11h13 and being told by the operator to ignore the Nudebt messages because it's delayed messages. This is unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least. I've cancelled two of my contracts with Telkom already due to the herrisment at the hands of Nudebt. I've been trying to contact Nudebt on several occasions but to no avail. There phones keep ringing endlessly.
Terrible Customer Service. They will not see me again. I took my vehicle for service on 13 February 2025 at SuzukiCenturion. I've waited for almost an hour for a driver to shuttle me and four other clients and another 30 minutes to be dropped off. When I take my wife's vehicle for service at her dealership (Toyota), they book a Bolt or Uber and I'm back at the office within minutes. No one called me to inform me that the vehicle is ready. I called them at 16h00 and the switchboard transfered me to a voicemail. I went to fetch my car at 16h24 and will never go back to Suzuki Centurion again.
What a brilliant way to renew vehicle licenses. Received my vehicle licenses within 2 days without any standing in queues or hassles. Delivered to my door within 2 days. Magical application.
I went to refill my gas bottle on Saturday 11 January 2025 at the Gas Company Centurion. One gentleman came to my bakkie to collect the empty cylinder and directed me to the pay point. The payment took about 2 minutes. My. empty cylinder was filled within 3 minutes. That was exceptional service. The entire team was very professional and helpful.
