Am totally disappointed i took a car in April 2025 paying my installment without fail till March 2026
On the 06 March 2026 car started to have mechanical issues while driving ( losing power ) around 17h10. The following day on the 07 of March 2026 a car just totally died with no engine turning showing a sign of mechanical issue i called their carcare department at around 08h00 in the morning to come and tow a car to their workshop for repairs.
I was told Rowan Antony will be in touch soon to attend on my issue I waited till 10h00 with no call from him on update. I sent an email to ask what was happening.
He called saying he sent a tow truck two hours ago when I said Ive been waiting no one came he changed and said the car won't be attended today he will collect it on Monday the 09 March 2026 I asked him what if I got stuck on a side of a road was he gonna attend to me two days after? That is when he informed AA to come and tow a car to their workshop.
Well the issue is when I asked about a courtesy car while mine was on repairs he said they dont offer a courtesy car.
Informed him why is that as the car is theirs and they have cars on their showroom floor on which they can offer one as a loan car?.
As Cause we were talking via emails now I told him I am on my way to him in person.
When I get there 155 North Road in Boksburg at 12h00 I was informed he already knock off but on Saturday their knock of time is 13h00. I had to do a termination of contract since they can't offer a courtesy car yet on their contract the clause under Risk it does mention they can offer a substitute car on a company discrete means in other words they can offer a courtesy car.
I am with no car and have to make a plan on how to get to work on my own how unfair is that????
