Am totally disappointed i took a car in April 2025 paying my installment without fail till March 2026 On the 06 March 2026 car started to have mechanical issues while driving ( losing power ) around 17h10. The following day on the 07 of March 2026 a car just totally died with no engine turning showing a sign of mechanical issue i called their carcare department at around 08h00 in the morning to come and tow a car to their workshop for repairs. I was told Rowan Antony will be in touch soon to attend on my issue I waited till 10h00 with no call from him on update. I sent an email to ask what was happening. He called saying he sent a tow truck two hours ago when I said Ive been waiting no one came he changed and said the car won't be attended today he will collect it on Monday the 09 March 2026 I asked him what if I got stuck on a side of a road was he gonna attend to me two days after? That is when he informed AA to come and tow a car to their workshop. Well the issue is when I asked about a courtesy car while mine was on repairs he said they dont offer a courtesy car. Informed him why is that as the car is theirs and they have cars on their showroom floor on which they can offer one as a loan car?. As Cause we were talking via emails now I told him I am on my way to him in person. When I get there 155 North Road in Boksburg at 12h00 I was informed he already knock off but on Saturday their knock of time is 13h00. I had to do a termination of contract since they can't offer a courtesy car yet on their contract the clause under Risk it does mention they can offer a substitute car on a company discrete means in other words they can offer a courtesy car. I am with no car and have to make a plan on how to get to work on my own how unfair is that????
i have a credit card (5898 4610 4595 0894) from Nedbank that due to some reasons i have fallen behind with the payments resulting it to be handed over to Jay Mothobi Attorneys which i did manage to score a payment agreement which is in Black and white. The problem now is after the debit order went through after weeks on credit bureaus it decreases the arrears only of which the balance stays the same and the last payment date still reflects the older date its doesn't change to an actual last payment date. i have escalated this issue to Leroy August via email but no response from him or her to explain to me why the update on credit bureaus is not reflecting as it should while on others that i pay, they update credit bureaus in a correct manner and i see where i am paying my money at. in Jay Mothobi it's another story with no one to bother to explain and unfortunately in my case i do always check my credit ratings on all credit bureaus
No response when you ask for a paid up letter while the funds they have confirmed to be successful allocated. One of my Boodle Account has been settled in full Siphesihle and Shantel can you please sent me a paid up letter hence now you ignoring my emails
i claimed on the 05 of September 2024 claim number ..... since today as is the 02 October 2024 i am stuck on payment while those we were walking stages they already got paid long time ago this is very disappointing shem

I am having a real problem with ADT the account is settled and a paid-up letter issued but still on credit bureau the account reflects as in arrears and still active. the account was settled, and the date of a paid-up letter is 21/11/2023 still today no one has bothered to inform credit bureau to do update.
This ADT SELL ACCOUNTS TO LGR GROUP AND THEY buy accounts and calls you, email you, sending SMSs, when you settle the account or accounts, they don't send you a Paid-up letter when you email them, they ignore your emails. I've sent several emails requesting my Paid-up letter spoke to the lady by the name of Nonhlanhla from lgr group whom she promised i will get it by the end of a business day, but it never happened. spoke again to a lady by the name name of Elsie Sithole she asked i sent her POPs on her email address esithole@lgr.co.za after that she never responded, i also sent emails requesting my paid-up letter to fidelity@lgrinc.co.za. also, to Lerato Molahloa on email leratomol@fidelity-services.com all they don't bother to respond. Their account is paid in full but both parties they ignore you when you want a paid-up letter. i have all the correspondence on emails with them saying i want that paid up letter.
