My DISGUST with NORDVPN continues. On Tuesday, 11th December 2023, I cancelled my subscription with Nord VPN. This was due to being massively disappointed with the products of NordVPN and NordPass. I felt insufficiently protected by these products. Their customer service was disgusting and was the second major factor for leaving Nord VPN. In fact it is the VERY WORST customer service I have had in my entire life.
1. It is exactly 4 months, and my refund has not been paid. 2. I have tried to resolve, by emails, which I wait up to 5 days for a response. 3. On Nord VPN Customer Support feature, I have never ever seen a company lie so many times. In fact I am of the firm belief that the customer support team make you go around in so many circles, by lying, and total incompetence, that it becomes too frustrating and annoying to keep fighting for your refund. In a further post I will provide exact examples. Most notably, after 4 months of withholding my refund, they have told me my payment was paid, which is utter lying, with no integrity. When I asked for the proof of payment showing me the payment into my account, they simply refuse to send one. How can a global company of this size refuse to provide me with a proof of payment. When requesting an update on my refund, Adyen, Amsterdam sent me a letter on 08 April 2024, informing me this payment was made on the 08 April 2024. THIS MEANS THE REFUND HAS NEVER BEEN PAID BACK TO ME. When speaking to the NORD VPN Customer Service they AGAIN LYED to me saying the payment was made on 07 February 2024 - an absolute blatant lie, again. I have never seen so many LIES UPON LIES been told.
In further report I will provide feedback by Customer Support agent that have let me down, endlessly. I would like to involve the board of directors, in a report, because customer service like this, destroys clientele rapidly and shareholders see the effect on financial statements soon thereafter.
When I asked Customer Support agent to provide my swift account, because no payment was received via my debit card, I got no help or advice and was told he would raise a ticket and would wait 3-5 days for a response! This is exactly where I was 4 months ago, when all my lies started with Nord VPN.
This is awful, disgusting service in every way. Ian
