ABSULUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. I HAVE WAITED 16 WEEKS SINCE MY FIRST REVIEW OF A LETTER WAS SENT TO ME. 16 WEEKS LATER NO HINT OF ANY PROGRESS. LEGALWISE ARE TURNING OUT TO BE A TOTAL JOKE OF A SERVICE PROVIDER.
I asked an attorney at LegalWise to write a simple letter. I have waited weeks for it, but no letter. I gave the attorney the spelling of the name and email address of the recipient of the letter. In his first letter, he managed to misspell both the name and email address. I gave the attorney feedback on how to spell the name and email address correctly. Again, he found another way to incorrectly spell the name and email address of the recipient of the letter. Friday marks another week of empty promises and no pride in his / her work. This poor quality of work at LegalWise never seems to slow down. Another disappointed client.
Dear Public, Whatever you do, do not sign up with LegalWise. Across all sectors, this is the single worst service I have ever come across. It actually feels like a ****. With reference to my last complaint: -In 3 months, LegalWise have been unable to send me one letter of any value. -Last year, for 3,5 months, LegalWise were unable to put a letter in my inbox, too. Since my last complaint on 18 August 2025, I still have not been contacted by 1 person in 'Customer Care'. I have not heard the word 'SORRY' once. Public, please run from LegalWise. You will thank me.
I have been ashamed to be a Platinum member of LegalWise. I am still awaiting letters to be sent, that I requested assistance on, three months ago. I have escalated my recurring concerns for weeks without any proper feedback. The attorney will phone me at 16h20, 10 minutes before their offices close and tell me the office closes at 16h30. I am repeatedly told they will assist me the next business day, which seldom happens. I seldomly receive any communication from them. What a disaster!
PSIRA, your operation is AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. ALL OF YOUR TELEPHONE LINES ARE FAULTY. NONE OF THE OPTIONS YOU CHOOSE ON THE TELEPROMPTS WORK. YOUR WHATSAPP LINE IS NOT GETTING ANSWERED. WHEN I WAS ASKED FOR THE SECURITY COMPANY TO REPORT, I WAS TOLD 'THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSIESS', YET THEY ARE A MASSIVE COMPANY AND IN OPERATION. IS IT POSSIBLE TO DESTROY THE OPERATIONS OF PSIRA ANY MORE???
I have received the most despicable customer service from LegalWise. I was involved in a life threatening situation, and my safety was in jeopardy for an extended period of time. LegalWise promised to refer to an external attorney. They put me in touch with 4 external attorneys, all which were a total disaster and I have heard every excuse possible. Four five weeks I was not assisted by one external attorney. Secondly, I needed a letter reviewed that I had already written. It only required a review, that would have taken about an hour to review. In three weeks I could not get one simple letter reviewed, until I escalated it to executive leadership. They hardly cared. To date, despite keeping Customer Care in approximately the 10 most important emails, voicing my concerns and complaints, they have never had the customer care to send me 1 email or call me to make 1 apology. Disgusting service all round by LegalWise.
Dear LegalWise and the greater public, I wish to compliment Attorney Warren in LegalWise’s Claims department, on producing such consistently brilliant work over the past six months. Warren has been so precise and punctual in every deliverable. Warren is always highly professional, focused and his client relationship skills are brilliant. Warren is a great asset to LegalWise.
Further to my review on STANLIB on 08 Jan 2025 at 13:43: On Friday 17th January 2025. Immediately, a recorded message informed me of their phones being problematic, however this seems to be common practice, judging on how many time I have been cut off. The a gentleman, whose details I will supply directly to STANLIB told me he 'should not be helping me'. He was unable to articulate the 4 documents I needed, after about 8 attempts. He then promised to email me 2 documents for population. Very obviously they have still not been emailed to me. Growing up, I had a view of prestige about Stanlib, where I wanted to invest my hard earned efforts. Now I only view it as a failed entity I try to avoid dealing with at all cost. Maybe one day it will be fully digital.

On Thursday 12th December 2024, I visited Standard Bank Key West to confirm an update on an account setting requested. I have withheld the exact detail for confidentiality reasons. It took 3 hours to complete. About a week later, when I was speaking to a Standard Bank agent on the phone, I was told the 3 hours I spent, was unsuccessful. On 04th January 2025, yet again I went into Standard Bank Key West to ensure the account setting was successful. I spent 3 hours and 15 minutes in the branch. For the 3rd time today, whilst speaking to Standard Bank, on the phone they confirmed they have not updated this simple account setting, but still they have not solved it. It truly feels like you have to baby feed Standard Bank in hope of some progress. Standard Bank are simply clueless and ***********.
