Nordvpn you have allowed Mweb to sell your subscription services. Since my 12month subscription was renewed, been having problems with connection, 'You don't have an active subscription' when i call your offices they say Mweb must address this issue as they have sold me the subscription. Yet on My Mweb app my subscription is active with a licence key. When i contact Mweb they say it's active. So my question to you Nordvpn is how do you manage your business with other companies and cannot fulfill the requirements of an active subscription? Shouldn't you be aware of the subscriptions clients you have through Mweb, so that the communication between the both of you are operational. Seriously this disgusting service!

In September 2024 I signed up for a Nord VPN 2 year deal with a 31 day trail period. Unfortunately their service was not compatible with my email service provider and as such I cancelled the service on line within the week. However I noted at the end of the month (September 2024) payment was still deducted from my account and I have been trying ever since to get the service cancelled and my monies refunded. I have trying since then to get the matter resolved for NEARLY A YEAR NOW without any remedy!! I hope you can understand my frustration in the complete lack of care and quality of service supp**** by Nord VPN

My DISGUST with NORDVPN continues. On Tuesday, 11th December 2023, I cancelled my subscription with Nord VPN. This was due to being massively disappointed with the products of NordVPN and NordPass. I felt insufficiently protected by these products. Their customer service was disgusting and was the second major factor for leaving Nord VPN. In fact it is the VERY WORST customer service I have had in my entire life. 1. It is exactly 4 months, and my refund has not been paid. 2. I have tried to resolve, by emails, which I wait up to 5 days for a response. 3. On Nord VPN Customer Support feature, I have never ever seen a company lie so many times. In fact I am of the firm belief that the customer support team make you go around in so many circles, by lying, and total incompetence, that it becomes too frustrating and annoying to keep fighting for your refund. In a further post I will provide exact examples. Most notably, after 4 months of withholding my refund, they have told me my payment was paid, which is utter lying, with no integrity. When I asked for the proof of payment showing me the payment into my account, they simply refuse to send one. How can a global company of this size refuse to provide me with a proof of payment. When requesting an update on my refund, Adyen, Amsterdam sent me a letter on 08 April 2024, informing me this payment was made on the 08 April 2024. THIS MEANS THE REFUND HAS NEVER BEEN PAID BACK TO ME. When speaking to the NORD VPN Customer Service they AGAIN LYED to me saying the payment was made on 07 February 2024 - an absolute blatant lie, again. I have never seen so many LIES UPON LIES been told. In further report I will provide feedback by Customer Support agent that have let me down, endlessly. I would like to involve the board of directors, in a report, because customer service like this, destroys clientele rapidly and shareholders see the effect on financial statements soon thereafter. When I asked Customer Support agent to provide my swift account, because no payment was received via my debit card, I got no help or advice and was told he would raise a ticket and would wait 3-5 days for a response! This is exactly where I was 4 months ago, when all my lies started with Nord VPN. This is awful, disgusting service in every way. Ian

Nord VPN has become very unstable under Windows 11. After loss of connection it requires a power down and reboot of the computer to get a connection. No help at all from the chatbot and support by email ask a thousand questions. Also with the present log in system it is just so tiresome to get back on line. For $29.95 a year Norton 360 which includes a VPN is much better value. In the past year Nord has had so many updates and changes to the interface.

After 3 weeks and a review on playstore I am totaly getting ignored to get my email address changed. So I payed for 3year subscription and I no longer work for the company that has my email and I tried changing my password and the link went through to the old email and the idiot that checks my mails changed the password. I have jumped through hoops backwards to get so called NordVPN support to change my email and get ignored totally

The connection speeds are awful. Just a connection to the internet times out. When you call all they keep asking is for you to show screens regarding you location and connection speed. It is always the computers fault. Eventually changed to a competitor (Goldenfrog) and had much better connection speeds. Even HMA service is better. Do not believe all the hype with NordVPN, it is all marketing with the review people.

I registered and payed for a NordVPN 1-year plan (Manual renewal). I unfortunately do not actively use the credit card that was used to make payment anymore and do not check account balances on a regular basis. When I did I found out my plan was automatically renewed I immediately queried the the debit order. NordVPN referred to their Terms of Service which do state that all payment will be AUTOMATICALLY renewed based on the same period as registered for initially. I was 30 days late so naturally did not qualify for a refund. The problem I have is that why use two completely different terms for the same service. It can only make me think that they have done this on purpose! When I wanted to cancell the subscription the option was not available. The support person stated that it is already cancelled but cannot say by who. This was a really regrettable experience. I still did not receive confirmation of the suspected cancellation and I am not able to do so.
