Super annoying company. Got insurance for my laptop and since the moment I signed up they have been spamming me, trying to upsell me at every corner to get car insurance. I LITERALLY got a text message from them every few minutes. When I stopped the text messages and block the number they start spamming me on Whatsapp. They advertise all over the radio how its just insurance and no "BS", this is nonsense as the only thing I've experience from them since signing up is BS and really unprofessional communication. Despite their annoying and off putting approach, their prices are not competitive at all. Their laptop insurance is more expensive and has much higher excess than Naked and Discovery for example. Moreover, you cannot adjust the excess.

It disregards the cost and impracticality of personal security systems, and the unreliability of footage. This policy prioritizes the insurer's interests over customer protection. Recommendation: I strongly advise against using Naked Insurance. Their practices leave you vulnerable and financially exposed in unexpected situations. Explore other insurance companies that offer clear, comprehensive coverage and prioritize customer communication.
I bought a salt lamp here. After two weeks of use, it stopped working. It has a dimmer switch that just makes the light flicker as if it's short-circuiting. I brought it back to the store and asked for a return. They refused to help me because I don't have the original box anymore, even though I have proof of purchase, which is a ridiculous refund policy to enforce. The manager admitted to one of the employees that his salt lamp in his office had the same issue. Yet, they were still unwilling to replace the defective salt lamp. Absurd refund policy. If you do end up buying from here, be sure to keep all your original boxes since you can't return defective products without it.

BS company. HORRIFIC and EXPLOITATIVE onboarding process from loom to KP. They moved my policy from loom, then tried to cancel it after weeks of trying to get into my "new" King Price account so that I may link my policy, but always had issues accessing account. Then they just cancel the policy and upon trying to reinstate my original policy claim that they don't do theft insurance anymore and only comprehensive, which now suddenly costs double what I paid at loom.
