I recently had a very unpleasant experience with NordVPN's customer service agent. I reached out to the agent after finding out that my subscription had been automatically renewed without my explicit consent. However, when I asked for a refund just 10 minutes after the purchase, I was met with an inflexible refund policy that left me feeling trapped and exploited.
