The saga continuous - nearly a month and half has gone by with no refund from the *****ulent debit to my account after rejecting A&G's quote three months prior. The only way to get they to communicate is to write a poor review of their services which I have now done 3 times and then they get back to you. I would not recommend this company to any one.
<div>At my wits end another 10 days go by of increasing amounts of ineptitude - now they have taken to resending old emails confirming that a refund will be made in October - we are now in the later part of November! This is what happens in a world of bots - they are unable to realise that we are nearly a month after the refund was due - utterly useless.</div>
Continuing on from my last review I was contacted by Auto & General and assured that they would attend to my problems and agreed to refund the monies deducted without consent, however after a further 2 weeks no refund has been forthcoming and the email of the person I was dealing with has been disconnected and they do not reply to mails to their complaints department. They do not care about clients and continue to overcharge for a poor service.
I am writing to warn everyone of Auto & Generals unwritten policy of making it impossible to cancel you policy when you do not agree to their premium increases. I have been emailing them since July and have yet to receive single reply to my emails. They have yet to stop trying to run the debit order through at the higher rate even though I rejected this increase. With my last windscreen replacement their excess was more than the windscreen so I paid for it myself. I would advise everyone to stay away from them.
In September 2024 I signed up for a Nord VPN 2 year deal with a 31 day trail period. Unfortunately their service was not compatible with my email service provider and as such I cancelled the service on line within the week. However I noted at the end of the month (September 2024) payment was still deducted from my account and I have been trying ever since to get the service cancelled and my monies refunded. I have trying since then to get the matter resolved for NEARLY A YEAR NOW without any remedy!! I hope you can understand my frustration in the complete lack of care and quality of service supp**** by Nord VPN
