April the bussiness manager will ignore and dodge your calls for days. When you are lucky you will get a response. Also great attitude problem. She will mock her customers. Couldn't supply even in August what was paid for in March and when you ask for refund you get mocked and told you must be a "god" if you'd rather make your own. Plus you get R 2600 less returned than you paid. Stay FAR away from AM.CO.ZA usless you need very excpensive paper weight.

I have a delivery still on its way since 29 November 2021. On the 4th of December 2021 I was promised it will be delivered the same day (some ting about their dirver is not availible and the new guy doesn't know the area. on the 6th of December 2021 I called 4 times and 1st time been promised within 1 Hour my pacel will be delivered. 4 hours later promised it will be delivered to my house. 5 hours after that you get put on hold for 20min and then calling back they say the driver will call me. still waiting.
Calling for 20min and no answer. tickets have been created 3 days ago and no response. they basically close tickets without replies, without calls, without sorting problems. Not even calling to sign up for a new service gets answered within 10min so that you have to drop the call.
Send tickets since 1 October 2021 and called them. E-mailed the whole day, no replies. No response. No Service. No internet. No help. SuperSonic customer service is worse than anything I ever came across.
After 3 weeks and a review on playstore I am totaly getting ignored to get my email address changed. So I payed for 3year subscription and I no longer work for the company that has my email and I tried changing my password and the link went through to the old email and the idiot that checks my mails changed the password. I have jumped through hoops backwards to get so called NordVPN support to change my email and get ignored totally
