I’ve received the absolute worst repair service from King Price Insurance‘s panel beaters Northcliff Auto Arc panel beaters! They’ve had my car since the 2 July, to repair a front bumper and I still have received my car back - I’ve been told it will be ready on the 20 July.
The worst of it is they call me to pick up my car on 14 July and the paint work is horrible and hasn’t been polished, the M2 badge of the right front panel is loose, the front bumper is squeaky, headlights are aren’t adjusted properly onto the bumper, and the black bar between the grill has been fixed but not repainted. The panel beater then tells me over the phone to send an email telling them how to paint the black bar behind the front grill.
I don’t understand why King Price Insurance would refer clients to a service provider who already has such bad reviews on Hello Peter. You’d think that in these tough times, clients would be appreciated.
At least King Price has extended my car hire for another 7 days, so I’m thankful to every one who kindly assisted in this regard.
