Northcliff Auto ARC panel beaters
I’ve received the absolute worst repair service from King Price Insurance‘s panel beaters Northcliff Auto ARC Panel Beaters who are an authorized BMW repair centre!!!! They’ve had my car since the 2 July, to repair a front bumper and I still have received my car back - I’ve been told it will be ready on the 20 July. The worst of it is they call me to pick up my on 14 July and the paint work is horrible and hasn’t been polished, the M2 badge of the right front panel is loose, the front bumper is squeaky, headlights are aren’t adjusted properly onto the bumper, and the black bar between the grill has been fixed but not repaired. The panel beater then tells me over the phone to send an email telling them how to paint the black bar behind the front grill. I don’t understand why BMW South Africa would certify a service provider who has such bad reviews on Hello Peter. ITS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING THAT BMW IS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS FIRM!!!!!

You’d think that in these tough times, clients would be appreciated. At least King Price has extended my car hire for another 7 days, so I’m thankful to every one who kindly assisted in this regard. IF YOU READ THIS, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE AN INSURER THAT USES QUALITY SERVICE PROVIDERS!!!

Worst insurance company
King Price is honestly the worst insurance in South Africa for motor vehicles. They’ve had my car for over a week and ABSOLUTELY nobody can tell me anything about where my car is or the status of my claim. This is an absolute joke!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND INSURE WITH SOMEONE ELSE

Great service from my MiWay consultant Rinusk
<p>Car wouldn't start on my way to work and Rinusk sorted me out quickly and very effeciemtly. He subsequently called to made sure that I had been assisted. Great stuff!</p>
