The worst service EVER!!!!! Our car went in on the 24th of Dec 2020, it is the 3rd of March 2020, still no car. Claiming that new parts needs to be ordered which our insurance doesn't know about. Now they refuse to fix a part – THAT WASN'T EVEN BROKEN – in a 'by the way' email. Utter disregard for customer service, completely unprofessional and horribly incompetent. Will NEVER use them again and will inform my insurance to never use them again for any client! Disgusting.
