After enjoying having an DSTV explorer myself, I CONVINCED my dad to buy one. They have 2 PVR's in heir home and bought one explorer. This was installed by MultiChoice Northem on the 15 January 2016. 13 days later - they are still experiencing non stop issues. Technicians had come out already 6 times! The DSTV on demand has still not loaded and there is a major delay when changing channels. This is unacceptable and needs to be rectified ASAP. Replace the Explorer! Can people please take accountability and do their jobs? Fix the problem for once and for all.
